Please note that you will need to provide the identity of the persons who will be attending the congress.  Note that we have only 40 slots for the Thursday Optional Event at SeaWorld.  They will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Please also note that the date of the final payment, not the date you made the deposit, determines the applicable price to attend the congress. This also applies to any guest brought over by a member.

  • Early Birds must pay their outstanding balance by November 30, 2021. 
  • Others are expected to pay by March 31, 2022.
