CONGRESS & HOTEL PACKAGE EARLY BIRD RATE – Available through November 30, 2021. Or when we reach 60% of our room allocation of 125. Whichever happens first. Early Bird time finishes when 60% of allocated rooms are taken; i.e. could happen earlier than November 30. (It happened on November 15)

Bookings made on April 1 or after will require full payment at time of booking and will be subject to availability.
Congress Only Pricing
Delegates registering for Congress Only Pricing are responsible for booking/payment of hotel.

Conditions
Regular Registration
The Regular price will apply from the end date of Early Bird period until March 31, 2022.
Deposits
Deposits can be made for yourself or on behalf of your club or National Committee. Deposits for your club or National Committee can be allocated to the appropriate individuals later. When you determine who will be your representative, they can complete their registration. NOTE: No refunds for Early Bird deposits; only exception is a medical situation with written documentation from a professional care giver.
Late Payment of Balance Owed
Any balance owed payment made after April 30 will be subject to a $50 administration charge.
Refund Policy
Early Bird deposits are non-refundable. The only exception is if there is a medical situation with written documentation provided by a professional licensed care giver.
Registration cancellations for transactions up to April 30, 2022, may be eligible to receive a refund less a $100, per person, administrative fee.
NO REFUNDS for cancellations made after April 15, 2022 will be granted, unless a medical situation occurs and written documentation from a professional licensed care giver is provided.
Refunds will not be made for any registrant who does not attend and, therefore, qualifies as a “NO SHOW”.
No refunds will be made for any component included in the Congress package but not use.
Miscellaneous
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED.
Administrative fee 3.5% for all automated transactions. Manually processed transactions are subject to a 3.9% administrative fee.
If there is a discrepancy between the amount charge on the credit card and the amount shown on this website, prices on the website prevail.
